The TLA contracts remain under ERIS administration because ERIS continues to develop, maintain and operate them. Given my unresolved concerns about the current Board, ERIS Team has not considered transferring that authority appropriate. This is not something I am trying to conceal, and the Emergency Supervisor is welcome to examine it alongside everything else.
