WHAT WAS PRESERVED
- A bare --mirror clone of every Git ref advertised by GitHub during capture.
- A self-contained Git bundle containing all mirrored refs and reachable history.
- A ZIP of the current HEAD tree and a ZIP of the complete bare mirror directory.
- Before/after remote ref listings, exact GitHub API/raw HTTP responses and headers, local UTC capture records, Git integrity outputs, and SHA-256 manifests.
- The raw repository contains original public commit metadata, including author/committer identities. Public summary files contain no local personal filesystem paths.

VERIFICATION
Before and after remote ref listings are identical. All mirrored refs match both listings.
The repository is not shallow. git fsck --full --strict succeeded.
git bundle verify succeeded; every mirrored ref and HEAD occurs in the bundle.
Both ZIP files passed CRC checks. Every file in the HEAD ZIP matched its Git blob byte-for-byte.
No canonical Git LFS pointers were found in any reachable blob of <=2048 bytes. No historical gitlinks/submodules were found. See lfs_submodule_coverage.json for the precise checks.

HANDOVER TEXT
The TLA launch Markdown is byte-identical at current HEAD, prior pinned commit 82573858bd2933ad9722466ce94a019ac2fe2774, and initial Common backup commit 7cebbd26048f0e1568a2aed55177090b90788d8b.

The one-month administrator and three-month owner handover statements are present in all three.

HOW TO USE THE DOWNLOADS
Cloudflare Pages has a per-file size limit. Larger artifacts are provided as numbered byte parts, each no more than 20 MiB.
Download every part listed for one artifact in backup_manifest.json. Concatenate them in part order, with no inserted separators. Check the completed file's SHA-256 against the manifest. Each part also has its own hash.
The .bundle can recreate a working repository with Git's normal clone command. The .head.zip is a convenient current-file copy. The .mirror.zip preserves the bare mirror directory, including refs and configuration pointing only to the public GitHub source.
Do not treat a single part as an independently extractable ZIP.

LIMITS
This is a complete capture of GitHub-advertised Git refs at capture time, not a copy of hidden/deleted/unreachable server objects, GitHub internal logs, issues, discussion history, permissions, or any separately hosted wiki.
The GitHub web metadata and selected public API responses are supplemental captures. They are not a full copy of the GitHub service.
Hashes demonstrate byte identity against these captured artifacts. They do not independently establish truth, authorship, legality, or the original date of the archived forum wording.
The Git commit and archived post dates are preserved source assertions. GitHub HTTP Date headers record server responses at acquisition. Any independent timestamp added later would prove existence of a particular hash by that later timestamp, not publication in 2024.
No remote repository was created or modified by this backup operation.

PUBLISH
Publish the contents of publish/ plus backup_manifest.json, README.txt, custody_log.json and the source files specifically listed in the manifest. Do not publish capture_commands.json or the two raw local-command stderr files listed in private_original_logs_not_for_publication. They contain workstation paths and remain unchanged locally. The public custody log and explicitly marked public stderr derivatives replace only those local path strings.
The complete local artifacts remain in artifacts/ and the mirror remains in phoenix-directive-docs.git/.
