The narrative and downloadable records are available without JavaScript. The interactive filters and transaction viewer use JavaScript. Use the plain-text starting index, structured verification index, or full history text. The index links to complete data, original sources and file hashes.

Private Telegram exports, private chat screenshots and reporting-source identities are not included. Unattributed pressure summaries describe records held privately; a reader cannot independently inspect that private supporting material from this public site. Publicly posted statements and forum participants retain their original attribution.

Reading the figures

FigureMeaning and scope
251 / 252MB voted YES on 251 of the 252 Philipp-authored main-board proposals where MB cast a ballot. Philipp authored 288 proposals in A1–A289; 36 have no recorded MB vote. Both MB wallets are included. Snapshot: 23 October 2026.
$1,567,716.90Recorded gross funding and receipts across the named Philipp, ERIS and project accounts, valued at historical receipt-time prices. Project budgets, fees, reimbursements and locked capital are included; onward company payments already represented by upstream funding are not added twice. Receipt review through 18 October 2026; coverage varies by stream.
80,000 / 125,000 USDC80,000 is the conditional unpaid portion of the same 125,000-USDC Estima budget. Its 45,000-USDC kickoff is already in received funding. These figures are not additive.
31 operations / 19 transactionsPrivileged actions on seven of the ten original TLA contracts after the common 27 November 2024 cutoff, checked through 18 October 2026. One transaction can contain several operations.
31.98m LUNA / 94.75m LUNA-equivalentThe first is ERIS hub users’ native delegated LUNA at 24 October. The second is active PD/TLA synthetic Alliance staking weight in a 22 October model. They are different measures, not personal cash balances.
A272: two of threeThe effect of a rejected proposal, not an implemented board configuration. With three equal seats and a 60% threshold, two YES votes would pass even against the third member’s NO.

PD means Phoenix Directive; PF means Phoenix Foundation; TLA means Terra Liquidity Alliance. Main-board proposals use A-numbers; native Terra proposals use chain proposal numbers. Dates distinguish proposal creation, payment, publication and source capture. Historical USD is a market-reference valuation, not proof of a dollar sale. Unpriced entries are omitted from USD totals, not assigned zero value.

How to check a claim

  1. Follow the claim’s source link to its transaction, proposal, statement or document.
  2. Check the event date and the date the source was captured.
  3. Use the downloadable record and its manifest to compare preserved file hashes.

Preserved originals and analytical summaries are identified separately. A checksum verifies matching bytes; independent captures and source records provide separate evidence of publication and timing. Forum usernames identify participants in the discussion.
